The Curriculum - A Biblical World View A genuine biblical world view is integrated into every subject at Cornerstone. It is one where Scripture is established at every point as the foundation on which to build all knowledge. It is understood that since God made the universe, all knowledge is interrelated, orderly and reveals the Creator. |
 |
Students are trained to discern the issues of the day and to develop critical thinking in areas of science, mathematics, history, language, politics, technology, music, art and culture. Students are required to practically demonstrate their academic training. They learn to analyze, think and act from a biblical perspective. |
Faculty and Staff Members of the Cornerstone faculty must hold a college degree, affirm our Statement of Faith, belong to a local church congregation, love children and the learning process, commit themselves to excellence, be prepared to be a mentor, and live and think in a Christ-like manner. |
 |
Students Connecting Cornerstone students exhibit a sense of community, fellowship and support, clearly connecting with each other. Interpersonal skills development is always emphasized to serve Cornerstone graduates well as they pursue higher education or career path goals. |

While a dress code, discipline and personal responsibility are required, an enjoyable, quality student life is a high priority at Cornerstone. A variety of sports and extra-curricular activities are all part of a Cornerstone student learning experience. |
There's No "I" in Team Cornerstone's athletic programs are all team sports. From basketball to soccer, volleyball to cheerleading, there's something for virtually all students. It's more than just a game - because it can be an integral part of what a young athlete is becoming. |
 |
| Cornerstone brings together committed coaches, parents and advisors who believe sports provide a unique opportunity for students to gain and exhibit courage and dedication to excel both as an individual and, particularly, as a team player. |
Parental Involvement An active partnership with parents is the key to success for our Cornerstone program. Parents are a vital part of the educational process; their involvement and ongoing support is encouraged and effectively employed. Each student must have at least one parent or adult sponsor who is a committed Christian, in agreement with our Statement of Faith, and who is accountable for the student to the Academy. |
